Shipping/Returns and Exchanges

Custom orders are each hand-stamped to order once payment has been processed. 

Orders generally take from 1-2 weeks to be completed. If you order a custom item through the preorder button, wait times can be increased to up to 3 weeks. Wait times can also be increased during busier times like Christmas, Fathers Day, Mothers Day and end of the school year.

All custom order sales are final. If an order is cancelled by the customer before the order has been stamped, a store credit will be issued.


RUSH orders can be accomadated depending on current wait times. Please contact us to request a RUSH order. There will be a custom listing created for you and a $5 fee per custom item will be added to the invoice.

We ship with Canada and to the U.S.

Shipping options include flat rate or Free Shipping for orders over $70

Flat rate Shipping within Canada is $10 for orders up to $70

Free Shipping within Canada is available for orders over $70

Express Post within Canada is calculated at checkout, please read the terms and costs as they update daily based on your location.

Flat rate Shipping to the US is $5 for orders up to $70

Free Shipping to the US is available for orders over $70

Courier Shipping to the US is calculated at checkout, please read the terms and costs as they update daily based on your location

Please allow 1-2 weeks for completion of your order, plus shipping time.

International shipments may be subject to taxes or duties imposed by your country. Knowledge of your countries policies and payment of any taxes or duties is the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns Policy

We will repair, replace or refund goods purchased if they arrive damaged, not fit for purpose or don't match the description with 7 days of delivery. 

For custom stamped pieces - We will not offer refunds if you change your mind or make an error in your order details for custom jewellery. Please ensure all spelling and details are correct in your notes to seller to avoid any errors.

If we have made an error, (such as incorrect stamping or an incorrect item) exchanges will be permitted. In order to receive your exchange, you must return your unopened item within 7 days of delivery. Once we have received the item(s) we will process the replacement at no additional cost and cover the cost of shipping both ways.

For concrete pieces - Concrete pieces are not impermeable. If you drop, bang or immerse them in water, they may break or the bail may come loose. We can repair your piece in most cases but will not replace them free of charge if you break it.

Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process on our end and another 3-5 business days for your bank to process.

Exchanges will have the same processing/delivery time as regular orders. 1-2 weeks to process plus delivery time.
